Whenever you (the customer) purchase an item from this website, I (Katrina Wilkes, trading as Kate & Kelpie) receive the following customer information: your name, address and email address. This information is used to process your order as quickly as possible with any relevant information relating to that order being shared with you in a timely manner. Your personal details will never be shared with a third party and will only be used for the purpose described.Completing a transaction at checkout is taken as consent to use your information for this purpose. Should you request it, your customer information can be changed (for instance if there is an error in the delivery address) or removed from your order history. Our website is hosted by Big Cartel which is also GDPR compliant. Transactions are made using Stripe or Paypal. Kate & Kelpie do not see or store any payment details such as a credit card number.

Similarly if you contact Kate & Kelpie via the online submission form on the Contact page of this website, I (Katrina Wilkes trading as Kate & Kelpie) will receive your name and email address in order to respond to your enquiry and provide customer care. Your information will only be used for this sole purpose.
